The Robotrainer Gravity can support the weight of a patient, to begin a rehabbing much earlier than previously. There are other similar products on the market, but research on how partial weight-bearing affects gait is lacking. In the project, this could be studied with 3D motion capture, accelerometers, force plates all logged with ROS (Robotic Operating System) which is implemented in the Training Technology Lab.
